Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SalesBeast LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("SalesBeast", "we", "us"), for SalesBeast Sites: the website builder, hosting, domain and email services at salesbeastsites.com and app.salesbeastsites.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

The short version: we design your site for free; going live costs $10 a month or $99 a year; you can cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for; all sales are final and we do not give refunds.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. What the Service does

Free designs. You can create, preview and edit designs without paying. Preview links are for review and are not meant to be your public site.
Live hosting. With a paid plan, we host your site on your own domain with SSL.
Domains. You can connect a domain you already own, or buy one through us.
Email. Paid plans include email on your domain, or you can point your domain's email to another provider such as Google Workspace.
AI tools. Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to write text, choose images and make changes you ask for. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — review your site before you publish it. You are responsible for what your published site says.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

Prices. Basic is $10 per month or $99 per year, plus any domain charges below. Prices are in US dollars and may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal.
Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year and is charged to your card on file until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry and email you. If it is still unpaid after a short grace period, your live site is paused until the balance is paid. Your designs are kept.
Taxes may be added where required.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your live site stays up until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it is paused. Your designs remain in your account.

5. All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for plan fees, partial months or years, unused time, domain registrations or domain renewals, including if you cancel early, stop using the Service, or your account is suspended for breaking these Terms. The only exception is where we are unable to deliver something you paid for — for example, if we cannot register a domain you paid for, we refund that domain charge — or where the law requires a refund.

6. Domains

Domains you own. You keep your domain with your current registrar and add the DNS records we show you. You are responsible for your registrar account and for keeping those records in place.
Domains you buy through us. We register the domain for you through our registrar partner (Cloudflare) at the registrar's price. The domain is registered for your use; we manage its DNS so it works with your site and email.
Included domain. The yearly plan includes the first-year registration of one domain per account (standard domains up to $20). Every renewal after the first year, and any additional domains, are charged at the registrar's renewal price.
Renewals. Domains renew automatically, and we charge your card for each renewal shortly before it is due. If a renewal charge fails, we turn off automatic renewal and email you; an expired domain may be lost and may not be recoverable.
Moving your domain. You can request a transfer code from the Domain screen and move the domain to another registrar, subject to registry rules (for example, transfers are not allowed in the first 60 days after registration).
Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the registry and of ICANN.

7. Email

Email is for your own business communications. Each mailbox may send up to 300 messages per day, and plans include a set number of mailboxes and storage (Basic: 5 mailboxes, 2 GB each). Bulk, purchased-list or unsolicited email is not allowed. If you switch your domain's email to another provider, mailboxes with us are kept for 30 days and then deleted.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

break any law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
send spam or phishing, spread malware, or attack or probe other systems;
publish content that is fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence;
impersonate another person or business, or publish fake reviews or credentials;
overload, scrape or interfere with the Service, or resell it without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, and without a refund.

9. Your content

You own the text, images, logos and other material you provide ("Your Content"). You give us a license to host, copy, display and adapt Your Content as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to Your Content. Designs we create for you are yours to use on your site while your account is active; the underlying templates, software and design system remain ours. Stock photos included in designs are licensed for use on your SalesBeast site.

10. Our service

We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search engine rankings, leads or sales. Keep your own copies of anything important.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SalesBeast and its members, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless SalesBeast from claims arising from Your Content, your site, your email, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; if a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for you if you break these Terms or fail to pay.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
