Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SalesBeast LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("SalesBeast", "we", "us"), handles information in SalesBeast Sites (salesbeastsites.com and app.salesbeastsites.com, the "Service"). It also explains our role for the websites and email our customers run on the Service.
1. Information we collect
From you
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and the business you create a site for.
- Business and site content: what you tell us about your business, the text, images and logos you upload, and the changes you ask for.
- Billing details: your plan, billing history and the last four digits of your card. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Domain registration details: when you buy a domain, the information registries require.
- Support messages you send to [email protected].
Automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and actions taken in the app, collected in our server logs.
- Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms (session and security cookies). We do not use advertising cookies on salesbeastsites.com.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile may check your browser when you start a free design.
2. How we use information
- to build, host and run your designs, site, domain and email;
- to process payments and renewals and send receipts and billing notices;
- to provide support and send service messages (for example, DNS setup steps or a failed payment);
- to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- to improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. AI processing
To write and edit your site, we send the business details and instructions you give us to AI model providers that process them on our behalf. We send only what is needed for the task, and these providers use it to return the result to us.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Cloudflare — website delivery, storage, DNS, domain registration and bot protection;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- OVHcloud — servers for our email service;
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to — generating and editing site content;
- domain registries — as required to register a domain (registrant details are kept private in public WHOIS where the registry allows).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
5. Your site's visitors and your email
For the websites and mailboxes you run on the Service, you decide what information is collected from your visitors and correspondents, and we process it on your behalf. For example: contact-form submissions are delivered to you, and tracking tools you add (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) are installed at your request. You are responsible for your own site's privacy notice and for getting any consent the law requires.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account and site data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except for what we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, billing records). Mailboxes are deleted 30 days after you switch your email elsewhere or close your account. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), store secrets encrypted, limit staff access, and keep backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update your account details in the app, and you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, under the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act or similar state laws) you may have additional rights, including to appeal a decision about your request; reply to our response to start an appeal. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The effective date above shows the latest version.
