A congregation around a long table

A seat at the long table.

Wellspring Covenant Church is a congregation in Bend, Oregon. We gather on Sunday mornings, in living rooms midweek, and around shared meals — and we keep a place for anyone who is new, curious, or carrying something heavy.

Sunday gatherings

Sunday morning, unhurried.

Both gatherings follow the same rhythm: singing, prayer, a teaching from Scripture, and enough time afterward to actually talk with someone. Come in what you are already wearing. Sit in the back and watch for a while if that is easier.

  1. 01

    The front door

Someone will be at the entrance to point you toward coffee, the kids' check-in, and a seat.

  2. 02

    Worship and teaching

Singing, prayer, and a teaching from the Bible, with room to breathe and no pressure to join in.

  3. 03

    Stay for coffee

The long tables in the commons stay out as long as people do. No one will rush you out the door.

Small groups & shared tables

The week doesn't end on Sunday.

Most of the life of this church happens in living rooms, kitchens, and the commons — in groups small enough that somebody notices when you are not there.

Gather

Midweek small groups

Groups meet in homes around Bend on weekday evenings. Tell us which night fits your week and we will help you find a table.

Eat

Community meals

Potlucks, soup nights, and long-table dinners through the year. It is the easiest way to meet people before you commit to a group.

Family

Youth & family programs

Students meet for dinner, conversation, and service, and parents get a table of their own at the same time. Younger kids are welcome at both Sunday gatherings.

Ask about space

Grief & care ministries

Care for the seasons that are hard.

Illness, loss, and long winters are not things anyone should carry alone. Our care ministries are ordinary people who show up — with a meal, a ride, a prayer, or simply company.

Grief support

A gentle small group for anyone walking through loss — whether it happened last month or years ago. No curriculum, no timeline, and no pressure to speak.

Care & prayer

Prayer requests, hospital and home visits, and a team that keeps in touch with people who cannot get out as easily as they used to.

Meals & practical help

Meal trains, rides, and help around the house during recovery, a new baby, or a season that has simply tipped over.

If you need care this month, or you would like to help give it, talk with someone here.

  1. 01

Arrive a few minutes early. Someone will be at the main entrance to greet you and walk you in.

  2. 02

Check in your kids in the commons, or keep them with you. Either one is completely fine.

  3. 03

Stay for coffee afterward and find a seat at a long table. That is the whole ask.
