How we work Four steps

Start to finish

Four steps, same order every time.

One outlet or a whole-house rewire — the sequence doesn't change, and you know what happens next.

  1. 01

You tell us what's going on

Send the intake sheet. A panel with no space left, a charger to install, lights that dim when the dryer starts — photos of the panel help, and so does telling us straight if you're not sure what you need.

  2. 02

    We walk the job

At the visit we look at the panel, the runs, and any wall we'd have to open. Then the scope gets written down: what's included, what isn't, and what we'd handle first.

  3. 03

    We do the work

Floors covered, the right breaker switched off, tools kept within reach. We clean up before we leave and walk the job with you while it's still open.

  4. 04

    You keep the paperwork

A printed circuit map taped inside the panel door, photos of what's behind the wall, and a note about anything we saw that you should know about.

Booking — step one

Tell us what's going on.

Write it the way you'd say it on the phone. The more detail you give us, the better the first visit goes.

  • You send the form.
  • We reply with a time for the walk-through.
  • You get the scope in writing before anything starts.

Estimates follow the walk-through. Nothing gets ordered or opened up before you've seen the scope in writing.

We'll reply with a time for the walk-through.
