Sanitary stainless fabrication · Modesto, California

Your window is the deadline.
Everything else is scheduling.

Food-grade process tanks, sanitary piping, conveyor systems, 3-A certified welding, CIP skids and field installation — fabricated on our floor while your line runs, fitted and verified while it is down.

Survey, before the stop Shop time, line still running Inside your window Line running again

Line-down hours are the only hours that count. Send us the window and we schedule backwards from restart.

The arc of an outage

Seven steps between line down and line up.

This is the sequence we work to, whether the window is a single weekend or a longer changeover. What changes is how much of the work is already finished before the stop.

01

Pre-outage survey

We walk the line while it is still running: connections, elevations, clearances, utilities and the route equipment has to travel.

02

Shop fabrication

Tanks, spools, conveyors and skids are built and welded in the shop while production continues without us in the way.

03

Delivery

Fabricated work is staged and scheduled to land at your dock at the start of the window, not in the middle of it.

04

Rig-in

Equipment moves to its final position along the route agreed at survey, before any pipe is cut.

05

Tie-in

Sanitary piping is fitted and welded into the existing process, sloped to drain and cleanable end to end.

06

CIP verification

Clean-in-place circuits and skids are checked before product is introduced, so restart is not a guess.

07

Handoff

The window closes and the line goes back to your team, running.

Capabilities

What we build, and where it lands in the window.

Open any line to see the work, how it is fabricated and where it sits in the sequence above. Most projects combine two or three of them.

01

Food-grade process tanks

Process tanks built to your product, capacity and cleaning requirements. Shells, heads, fittings and agitation are welded and finished in the shop, then shipped ready for rig-in — so the hours you are down go to installation rather than fabrication.

  • Built in the shop
  • Sanitary contact surfaces
  • Shipped ready to set
02

Sanitary piping

Piping fabricated as spools in the shop, then fitted and welded into your existing process during the window. Runs are laid out to drain, to be cleanable, and to fit the space that is actually there.

  • Shop-fabricated spools
  • Fitted and welded on site
  • Drainable, cleanable runs
03

Conveyor systems

Conveyors for moving product between process steps, built to fit the floor space and the elevation changes you have. Fabricated in the shop, then aligned and levelled in the plant during the outage.

  • Fabricated to fit the floor
  • Aligned and levelled on site
04

3-A certified welding

3-A certified welding on stainless contact surfaces. The joint and the finish are what keep a line sanitary and cleanable, so both are worked by hand and checked before the equipment leaves the shop.

  • 3-A certified
  • Contact surfaces
  • Checked before shipping
05

CIP skids

Clean-in-place skids assembled and piped in the shop, delivered as one unit, then tied into your circuits and run before the line restarts. Verification is scheduled into the window from the start, not left to the last hour.

  • Assembled and piped in shop
  • Tied into existing circuits
  • Run before restart
06

Field installation

Rig-in, tie-in and startup inside your plant, worked to your shutdown window rather than ours — with the same crew that fabricated the equipment on site to set it.

  • Rig-in and tie-in
  • Works your window

Shop and field

Built in the shop. Fitted in your plant.

Sanitary fabrication happens on our floor in Modesto, not in your aisle while product is moving. Tanks, spools, conveyors and skids are built and welded ahead of the window, so the dark hours you are already paying for go to installation, tie-in and verification.

When the stop comes, the work is finished in place and the line goes back into production.

Scheduling note

Rig-in and tie-in are scheduled backwards from restart, so verification time is built into the plan instead of left for the end.

Pick the window. Describe the line.

Tell us what is running now and what has to change. If you already have a shutdown date, send it — the schedule starts there and works backwards.

01 — Your window

No window chosen yet? Select “not scheduled yet” and we will still price the work — the sequence on the board above is what sets the schedule.

02 — The line

We schedule from your window backwards, so include the restart date if you have it.
