Come in out of the weather.

Every session is built around the hour you're actually having — the pressure, the focus, the pace. Tell me a little below and I'll reply with a time and a quote.

The session

Nothing here hurries you along.

There's no countdown on the wall and no music you have to talk over. The hour is yours — I just work with what's there.

  1. 01

    Arrive and settle

You come in, put your things down and take a few minutes. Nobody is waiting on you.

  2. 02

    A short conversation

Where it aches, where it doesn't, how much pressure you want. Then you can stop talking, if you'd rather.

  3. 03

    The work

Custom pressure — light, firm, or somewhere between — over the areas we agreed on, at the pace your body sets.

  4. 04

    Coming back up

You take your time getting up. A quiet minute, a glass of water, and you're back out into the day.

Sessions & prices

Ninety minutes is enough time for the fog to burn off.

Sixty is often enough for one area, done properly. Ninety gives the whole body room to let go, without watching the clock.
