How booking proofs

Four rises, from hello to pickup.

Booking is a short, unhurried conversation. You pick a date, I confirm what’s possible, and your order rises from there.

Rest & taste

Start with a cake tasting ($25) at the home bakery, or a phone call if you already know what you want. We talk dates before anything else.

Shape the order

You share the occasion, size, colours and flavours. I send back a simple plan and a quote — custom cakes start at $80.

The bake

Your cake or bread is baked the day it’s needed, never far ahead, in small batches from my home kitchen in Bend.

Pickup or party

Collect at the time we agree, or book a cupcake decorating party ($150) and I’ll set the table with trays, icing and sprinkles.

Slow on purpose.

Dough needs its quiet hours, and so does a good cake. The further ahead you book, the more room there is for the flavours and finish you want. Short-notice dates do open up too — the tray above shows what’s still rising.

Cake tastings

$25

A seated tasting at the home bakery with cake and buttercream pairings, so you know exactly what you’re ordering before the date is set.

Custom cakes

from $80

Birthdays, showers and just-because cakes, made in the size and flavours you choose, finished in buttercream to your colours.

Cupcake decorating parties

$150

A hands-on table for your group: unfrosted cupcakes, icing bags, sprinkles and aprons, hosted at the home bakery with time to make a mess.

Weekly bread subscription

$20 / week

One loaf a week, baked the morning you collect it. Choose your pickup day and keep it going for the season.

Open dates rise like covered dough under glass. Flat dates are already booked. If the day you want is flat, ask for the waitlist — plans change, and dough moves.
