Rooms

Pressed between
quiet walls.

Each room is a plain, well-lit ground: good linen, honest materials, and nothing that asks for attention. Choose the view you want and leave the rest to us.

Garden Rooms

Ground-floor rooms opening onto the planted courtyard, with tall windows and deep sills. A quiet corner of the house, and an easy place to lose an afternoon.

Rooftop bar

Everything opens
up here.

Above the hotel, the rooftop is where the house breathes out. Drinks made simply, seats that face the sunset, and a short season of long evenings.

  • Aperitivo hour

Late afternoon onward, when the light runs low over the valley.

  • A short, considered list

Classics done properly, and a few things worth trying for the first time.

  • Small plates

From the restaurant kitchen below, sent up as they are ready.

Restaurant

Farm-to-table,
written by the season.

The kitchen works from what the Hudson Valley is giving that week, so the menu stays short and it changes. Root vegetables, woodland greens, orchard fruit — cooked simply, and sent out without ceremony.

Breakfast runs long into the morning, lunch is unhurried, and dinner is the main event. Guests and neighbours eat at the same tables.

The room is quiet — pale walls, timber floors, a few stems on every table. There is space for a long dinner and space for a short one.

Spa & events

Two rooms at the back
of the house.

One is for quiet and one is for company. They sit at opposite ends of the ground floor, which is exactly how we like it.

The spa

A slow hour,
close to the garden.

Our spa keeps the same restraint as the rest of the house: warm rooms, low light, and treatments you can book as a guest or as a day visitor.

The event space

Gather here,
then stay the night.

A light-filled room for celebrations, working sessions and long dinners, with the rooftop and restaurant a step away. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
