How a cart day works

Three acts,
one cart day.

No catering setup, no warming trays, no queue. The cart arrives, the griddle goes on, and every crepe is folded the moment someone orders it.

  1. Pick a date

    Open the calendar and claim a two-hour window. Tell us the headcount, the address, and whether you want sweet, savory or both on the board.

  2. We roll in

    We arrive ahead of your start time, park the cart, light the griddle and set the awning. You get a window, a board and a cook who stays for the whole slot.

  3. You gather

    Your guests come to the cart, watch the batter hit the pan and eat while it’s hot. When the two hours are up, we pack out and leave the pitch as we found it.
