How a hold works
Rental holds and repair intake both run through the same line at the Boulder shop.
Tell us your dates, the trip and the kit you need. We check the shelf while you're on the line.
Your kit is pulled, looked over and set aside at the counter under your name.
Swing by the shop, grab your kit, and we'll talk through anything that needs adjusting.

Zippers, seams, straps, buckles and poles — bring the piece in and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth fixing.

Rentals go out and repairs come in at the same counter in Boulder. One call books either, and we'll have your gear or your repair ticket ready when you arrive.
