01 — Growth equity

Growth equity, entered with intention.

We back established businesses where the next stage of growth is a matter of discipline rather than guesswork. We underwrite patiently, commit in defined stages, and write down every assumption before capital moves.

  1. 01

    Underwrite

Every assumption is written down, tested and dated before a commitment is made.

  2. 02

    Enter

Capital is deployed in defined stages, on terms that leave room for the long term.

  3. 03

    Reserve

Follow-on capacity is set aside at the outset, so a position can be held with patience.

02 — Investor updates & LP reporting

A statement of position, in writing.

Investor updates are a record before they are a courtesy. Each limited partner receives a written account of what moved, what was decided and what it cost.

  1. Q1

    Opening statement

The position at the start of the period, carried forward from the previous reconciliation.

  2. Q2

    Interim review

What moved, what was decided, and the reasoning behind each decision, set out in writing.

  3. Q3

    Position report

Valuations, holding-level commentary and the current standing of every position.

  4. Q4

    Year-end reconciliation

The full year closed out and reconciled, ready for the annual statement.

03 — Due diligence

Due diligence, reconciled line by line.

Before a data room is opened, the record has to balance. We reconcile what is represented against what is documented, and we keep both sides of the entry.

04 — Exit planning

Exit planning is a closing entry, prepared early.

An exit is not a decision taken at the end. It is a line prepared from the beginning — whether the outcome is a sale, a recapitalization or a continuation of ownership.

We plan it with the same discipline we apply to the entry, and we record it the same way.
