We walk the room with you, measure it properly, and look at what is under the existing floor before quoting it.
You get a line-by-line price, the material list we plan to work from, and a start date you can hold us to.
Old flooring comes out first, the substrate is checked, then the tile, hardwood or plank goes down room by room.
We go through grout lines, transitions, edges and cleanup with you before the truck leaves your driveway.
