The day, hour by hour

How a day at Stonebridge runs.

Boarding only works when the routine is honest. This is the shape of every day here, for stall board and pasture board alike — come see it in person before you decide.

  1. 6:30AM

    Feed and morning check

Grain and hay go out first, and every horse gets eyes on them — water, legs, blankets and how they're standing.

  2. 8:00AM

    Turnout

Horses go out every day, in a paddock or pasture group that suits them. Stalled horses come back in for the heat and the flies.

  3. 11:30AM

    Stalls cleaned and watered

Stalls are picked, bedded and refilled while the horses are out, so they come back in to a clean bed and fresh water.

  4. 2:00PM

    Afternoon hay and feed management

We feed to your program — your grain, your hay, your supplements — and keep notes on how each horse is eating.

  5. 4:30PM

    Arena time and evening check

The riding arena is open for boarders, and the last pass of the day is a walk down the barn aisle before lights out.
