Your first visit

The first appointment is a conversation and a treatment in one, and it takes the time it takes.

We talk first

What’s been going on, how you sleep, what you’ve already tried. No hurry, and nothing you have to have figured out before you walk in.

Then a treatment

Fine needles, a warm room, a blanket over your knees. You rest quietly for a while once the needles are in.

You leave with a plan

How often to come back, what we’re watching for, and what follow-up visits cost — said plainly before you go.

The room

Warm wood, low light, and a table that doesn’t rush you.

It isn’t a clinic waiting room. It’s one small room with a heater you can hear and a chair by the window for when you’re early. Come as you are — boots, barn clothes, whatever the day left on you.

The practice sits in Boone, and people come to it from across Watauga County. If you can get to town, you can get here.
