Inside the class

Real knives. Real heat. Dinner they made themselves.

Every class is built around doing: ingredients measured, cut, seasoned, and cooked, then eaten at the same table. The mess is the point; the plate is the proof.

Kids cooking classes

Hands-on sessions where young cooks take a whole dish from chopping to plating, at a pace that fits small hands.

Teen baking

Ovens, scales, and timers. Teens learn dough, crumb, and structure, and leave with something they can carry home.

Knife skills

Grip, guide hand, a proper cut. Taught slowly, on real boards, with an instructor at the bench the whole way through.

Nutrition workshops

Where food comes from, what it does in the body, and why the good stuff tastes better when you cooked it yourself.

Grouped by age

A kitchen that grows with them.

Same room, different expectations. The tools, the tasks, and the heat level are matched to the hands in front of them.

Young cooks

Mixing, shaping, tasting

Simple tools and short steps, with an instructor within reach for every part of the recipe.

Tweens

The timer, the seasoning, the pan

Longer recipes and real responsibility: the first classes where they run a dish from start to finish.

Teens

Baking, knife work, full menus

Fewer steps explained, more steps done. Treated like the cooks they are becoming.

Kids cooking together at a long kitchen table during a summer camp
A camp week runs market to table, in the same room, with the same group.

Camps run through the summer. Groups stay small, so every cook gets a place at the bench and time at the stove.

Summer camps

A week in the kitchen, start to finish.

Camps take a full week and build toward a meal the group cooks and eats together. Here is how the days stack up.

01

Market morning

The week opens with ingredients: what is in season, what to look for, and how to tell when something is good.

02

Skills block

Knife work, measuring, dough, and heat control, practiced in small groups at the bench.

03

Service

Teams plan a menu, cook it, and set the table for the whole group to eat together.

04

Take-home

Recipes written up and packed to go, so the week keeps cooking in your own kitchen.
