Large party bookings
Tell us the headcount and the hour and we will line the tables up so everyone sits together instead of splitting across the room.
Counter · Booths · Banquet room
Breakfast, blue plates and pie by the slice, served along one long counter. Booths can be held ahead, and the banquet room opens up on weekends.
On the counter
Counter stools are first come. Booths, large parties and the banquet room can be held ahead.
Book a tableAlong the rail
Most mornings you can walk in and take what's open. When you would rather have it waiting, send a request and we will hold it for you.
01 · Walk in
First come, first served. Sit where the kitchen can see you — the day's blue-plate special is written up right at the counter.
02 · Held ahead
Send a request and we will hold a booth for you: good for a slow breakfast, a family table, or the corner seat by the window.
Feeding a crowd
Three things we do ahead of time, so a big group or a busy morning does not have to wait on the day.
Tell us the headcount and the hour and we will line the tables up so everyone sits together instead of splitting across the room.
Trays of breakfast for early starts — ordered ahead, packed warm, and ready at the counter when you come to collect them.
Whole pies, ordered ahead. Tell us the day and the flavour you are after and we will have it boxed and waiting for you.
06 · The banquet room
The back room at Sandhill Skillet seats a large party together — long tables, warm light, and room to stay a while. Weekend dates go first, so it is worth asking early.
