Farm tours
Walk the flats at low water.
See where the oysters actually live — the tide, the gear, the long rows of shell. Tours are arranged by request; bring boots you don't mind getting wet.
Arrange a farm tourWellfleet, Massachusetts — Cape Cod
Saltmarsh Oysters grows on the tidal flats off Wellfleet. Order them by the tray for the weekend, or put a pop-up raw bar on the lawn for the evening.
The oysters
Wellfleet's flats fill and drain twice a day, and the oysters grow up inside that rhythm — cold water on one side, mineral marsh on the other. They come out of the shell heavy, clean, and brined enough to eat on their own.
Sold by the tray — cold, counted, and ready for the table, the cooler, or the boat.
Our shuckers open them on site, from two dozen for dinner to a full raw bar for the night.
A standing supply for restaurants, fish markets, and caterers who want Wellfleet oysters on the menu.
Pop-up raw bar
Saltmarsh sets up a raw bar wherever the party is — oysters opened to order, handed over the table, and kept coming while the light goes down.
