What does a co-host actually do?

Everything between a guest booking and the next clean: guest messages, calendar and pricing, screening requests, cleaning coordination and turnovers. You keep ownership and the final say.

Do I keep control of my listing?

Yes. It stays your listing, your property and your calendar. We work inside it, and you can see what we're doing at any point.

How does the 18% work?

Full co-hosting starts at 18%. The exact number depends on the property and how much you want handled — we go through it on the 15-minute call, before anything is agreed.

Can you just handle turnovers?

Yes. Turnover management is $65 per turn, and guest services and cleaning coordination start at $175 a month. Plenty of owners start with one piece and add more later.

How quickly can we start?

Onboarding and listing setup comes first — a one-time $475. Timing depends on your calendar and how ready the property is, so we'll talk it through on the call.

Do you work outside Cumberland and York Counties?

Those two counties are the home patch. If you're just over the line, mention it on the call and we'll tell you straight.
