Plan sheet 01 · Service area
Every structure is drawn for the yard it stands in — the span between walls, the run of the afternoon sun, the way you actually use the patio. We work that way across Tucson and the surrounding Pima County communities.

Plan sheet 02 · Shade options & pricing
Starting prices for the structures we draw most often. The final figure comes off the drawing — span, frame material, and how much shade you want over the patio. You see the schedule before anything gets cut.
Posts, beams and rafters over a patio, seating area or courtyard — the open-air structure that does the most work in a Tucson yard.
A solid cover over the outdoor room, attached or freestanding, sized to the slab and the wall lines you already have.
Composite decking over a framed sub-structure — no staining, no splinters, and it stands up to desert sun.
Steel in place of timber where the span runs long or the exposure runs hard.
Privacy and wind screens set between the posts, framed to match the structure.
Plan sheet 03 · Build sequence
The order of operations is short and it does not change. You send the lines, we look at the yard, then the drawing and the number come back to you before anyone picks up a tool.
Name, phone, project type and zip. That is the whole ask — enough for us to know what structure you are after and where it goes.
Span, sun, existing slab, wall lines and how you use the space. This is where a pergola becomes a patio cover, or a timber frame becomes steel.
A layout and a number, item by item, so you can see exactly what the build covers — the structure, the frame, and any screen or lattice.
Crew, materials and footings set, beams up, rafters across. You get a finished shade structure on your patio, not a pile of lumber.
Plan sheet 04 · Quote request
Pergolas from $3,900, patio covers $5,200–$11,400, low-water composite decks from $38/sq ft. Fill out the quote request and the drawing starts with your yard, not a template.
