Saguaro Code Academy Apply for January

Tucson, Arizona — January cohort

Twelve weeks.
Grown rib by rib.

A full-stack coding bootcamp in Tucson, with a part-time evening track built for people who are already working. Career coaching runs alongside the code, and tuition can be deferred.

The twelve weeks

Four ribs. One structure.

The program is built in four stages of three weeks each. Every stage ends with work you can show someone, and each one rests on the stage before it.

Rib 01Weeks 1–3

Foundations

How a page is actually put together: structure, styling, and the logic that makes it respond. You are writing code in the first week, not watching it.

Rib 02Weeks 4–6

The interface

The part people touch. Layouts that hold up on any screen, interactive components, and data moving back and forth between browser and server.

Rib 03Weeks 7–9

The server

The other half of full-stack: storing and querying data, accounts and permissions, and the testing habits that keep a working application working.

Rib 04Weeks 10–12

The capstone

You build and ship a full-stack project of your own, reviewed line by line by an instructor and presented to the employer hiring network.

Career coaching & hiring network

You finish with work to show, and people who have seen it.

Career coaching starts in the first weeks and runs to the last, in parallel with the code — so the work is finished before you have to talk about it.

Career coaching

Practice interviews, a review of your portfolio, and the plain-language version of what you built and why it matters.

Employer hiring network

Tucson-area teams meet the cohort near the end of the twelve weeks and look at the capstone work directly, not at a summary of it.

Deferred tuition

Pay as the weeks go, not on day one.

Deferred tuition is available for the January cohort. Admissions walks you through the arrangement with you before anything is agreed, so you know exactly what you are taking on.

The evening track covers the same twelve weeks on a part-time schedule, for people who are working while they learn.

What the twelve weeks include

  • Full-stack curriculum, twelve weeks
  • Part-time evening track
  • Career coaching throughout
