Guided practice · Sedona, Arizona

One stone at a time. That’s the practice.

Add yours to the path.

Sage Holloway teaches guided meditation the way you walk a switchback — slowly, in the order the ground gives it to you. Guided meditations, a monthly membership, sessions for teams, retreats and teacher training, all from the red rock country of Sedona.

Bend one — Guided meditations

Sit down. Breathe. Put the first stone down.

A guided meditation is a short walk with someone who knows the way and won’t rush you. You don’t have to clear your mind, hold a posture, or believe anything in particular. You follow a voice, one breath behind the last.

  1. 01

    Arrive

Settle onto whatever ground you’ve got — a cushion, a chair, the front seat of a parked truck. Nothing about the moment has to be fixed before you begin.

  2. 02

    Follow the voice

Sage keeps the pace slow and plainspoken, with room to breathe between the words. When your attention wanders off the trail, the voice is there to call it back.

  3. 03

    Carry it back

The practice doesn’t end when the recording does. You take the steadiness with you into the meeting, the drive, the hard conversation.

every stone you add holds up somebody else’s practice.

Bend two — The monthly membership

Every member adds a stone to the cairn.

Membership is how the path stays open. It’s a monthly gift rather than a transaction — it keeps the guided meditations coming, and it holds the cairn up for whoever walks this way next.

  • Guided meditations

Practice you can return to whenever the day gets loud, laid down one at a time.

  • A shared cairn

Your support is a stone in the stack — quiet, weighty, and holding the next person’s practice in place.

  • The door stays open

Membership carries the work past the people who can pay for it today.

Bend three — Corporate sessions & retreats

Bring the trail to your people.

The same plainspoken practice, at the scale you need it — one session for a team running hot, or days together out in the country that gave this work its shape.

Corporate sessions

Guided meditation for teams who need a slower minute in a fast week. Sessions happen where your people already are — no experience, cushions or candles required.

Retreats

Time on the ground in Sedona — walking, sitting, and practising out in the open country. Come alone, or bring the people you work with.

Bend four — Teacher training

Learn to walk it, so you can walk it with others.

Teacher training is for practitioners who want to hold the trail for somebody else — to guide a room, a team or a friend without dressing it up as anything other than what it is.

  1. Sit first

Your own practice comes before anyone else’s. Training starts with sitting, and with noticing what you actually do when it goes quiet.

  2. Learn the trail

How a guided meditation is built: where to begin, when to leave the silence alone, and how to bring somebody back without startling them.

  3. Lead the way

Guiding practice with real people, with Sage alongside you — plain feedback, honest questions, and room to find your own voice.

Add your stone

You don’t need the whole map. Just the next stone.

your stone is the one holding the stack up.

Membership begins wherever you are — a monthly gift that keeps the meditations coming and keeps the cairn standing for the next person on the trail. If you’d rather bring the practice to a team, a retreat or a training, say the word.
