Bus pass
For riders who board often enough that counting single trips has stopped being interesting. Keep it flat, keep it dry, and keep it somewhere you will find it before the doors close.
Bus passes, fare cards and merchandise from the Riverbend Transit Authority — sold online and at the fare desk. Plan the trip, load the card, and keep the fare valid once you are on board.

A bus pass for riders who board often, a fare card for everyone else. Both are sold online and at the fare desk — and neither one counts until it has been validated.

A loaded card takes the fare in one motion at the reader. Reload it at the fare desk or online before it runs down, and it will not make a scene at the front of the bus.
Load the card before the trip, not on the step.
Tap once at the reader as you board, and wait for the confirmation.
Keep the card flat and readable — a card bent under a wallet flap reads as nothing at all.
Buy online or at the fare desk — passes, fare cards and merchandise are sold together.
Three things decide whether a journey works: the stop, the timetable and the fare. Get those in order and the rest of Riverbend opens up.
Route information is posted at every stop, and the fare desk will point you to the nearest one.
Departures are posted at the stop. Note the last run of the day before you build an evening around it.
A loaded, validated card is the whole plan, minus the walking. Load it before you leave.
Trip planning is a service we offer, not a favour we tolerate. Bring us a starting point and a destination and we will lay the route out end to end.
Photographed the way we photograph everything here: one lamp, a dark ground, the tag left on. Sold online and at the fare desk, alongside passes and fare cards.
Heavy canvas, sturdy enough for a week of groceries and quiet enough to carry anywhere.
The case also holds small items alongside the tote. The fare desk can tell you what is on the shelf today.
Passes and merchandise are sold in the same place, online and at the fare desk, so a single stop covers both errands.
The lost and found is a drawer of objects left behind on the network — a glove, a scarf, a pair of reading glasses. Most of it is waiting.
Describe the item in as much detail as you can — material, colour, what was inside.
We check your description against the contents of the drawer.
If it matches, collect it at the lost and found desk and bring identification with you.
A sample of the drawer. Items are logged as they arrive.
