Same-day callback

You sign in. We call back the same day.

No queue and no vague answers. Here is exactly how the next few hours go once you send the register.

  1. 01

    You send the register

Dog’s age, main struggle, ZIP and a phone number. Takes about a minute.

  2. 02

    We read it first

Your notes reach the trainer who would actually work with your dog.

  3. 03

    Same-day callback

We talk it through, name the route that fits and give you a price range before you commit.

  4. 04

    We meet your dog

The first session starts where your dog is right now, and we build from there.

Questions

Straight answers before you sign in.

What happens on the callback?
You tell us what your dog is doing, we ask a few questions, and you leave the call knowing which route fits and roughly what it costs. Nothing is booked on that call unless you want it to be.
Do you train the dog or me?
Both. A dog that only listens to the trainer is not much use at home, so every route ends with you handling the dog while we coach.
Where do sessions happen?
Wherever the problem shows up — your living room, your street, your usual walking route. Board & Train dogs stay with us for the three weeks and come home with a handover session.
I’m not sure which route I need.
Say that in the register. The free phone consult is the step that sorts it out — you do not have to choose before you talk to us.
