Hail on your block?Get eyes on that roof.

Hail and wind don't hit every roof on the street the same way. We start by looking at yours — shingles, flashing, vents, ridge caps and gutters — and we photograph whatever we find.

01 · After the storm

Three ways a storm leaves its mark.

Hail, wind and water each do something different up there. Here is what shows up on Front Range roofs after a storm — and what it means for yours.

Hail

Bruised shingles that look fine from the driveway

Hail knocks granules loose and leaves soft, dented spots on the shingle surface. It doesn't show from the ground, and it tends to open up months later. If hail moved through your neighborhood, the roof is worth a second look before the next storm finds the bare spots.

Wind

Lifted tabs, missing caps, gutters full of debris

Straight-line wind breaks the seal on shingle tabs, peels ridge caps and drops branches and grit into the gutters. From the ground the roof can still look intact. From up top it usually doesn't.

Water

Water coming in right now

If you are watching a stain spread across the ceiling or hearing drips in the attic, we can tarp the roof to stop the water while the repair gets sorted out. Tell us what is happening on the phone and we will take it from there.

Not sure which one you're dealing with?

02 · Roof inspection

Four steps from a post-storm call to a plan you can read.

An inspection is a look at the whole roof, not a quick glance at the worst corner. You get the findings in plain language, with photos, before any work is scheduled.

Pictures of what we find

Photos of the bruised shingle field, the lifted ridge cap, the flashing that is no longer sealed — so you're looking at your own roof, not a guess.

Decide

Repair or replace, spelled out

If it's one section, we repair the section. If the roof is past saving, we talk replacement and you get the full picture first.

Finish

Gutters, siding and cleanup

Gutters, siding and the small openings that let water in get handled in the same visit, and we haul away the debris.
