Here's how a project usually walks — room by room, with sample starting rates so you know what you're stepping into before you call.
RM 01 · Living Room
Solid and engineered hardwood, acclimated to the house before a board goes down, set over a subfloor we've already squared away. Tear-out, transitions and trim are all part of the walk.
RM 02 · Bathroom
We build the pan, seal the walls and set the tile so it outlasts the grout you're replacing. Sloped correctly, lined correctly, and finished so it's easy to keep clean.
RM 03 · Lower Level
Luxury vinyl plank goes down fast and stands up to mountain humidity, dogs, boots and dropped tools. It's the sensible floor for basements, rentals and the room everyone walks through.
RM 04 · Every Room Starts Here
Level, patch, screw down. We take the time here before anything goes on top, because it's the difference between a floor that feels solid underfoot and one that squeaks in the hallway at night.
How a project runs
