Waypoint 01 — Core course
The foundation course at Ravenwood: shelter, fire, water and navigation, practiced in the terrain where you would actually need them, and taught by instructors who work these landscapes all season.

Ravenwood courses are taught on the ground — forest, lowland and shoreline, in whatever the day is doing. Groups stay deliberately small so there is room for every question and everyone gets hands on the work.
Enough people to practice with, few enough that nobody stands at the back.
Skills are practiced where they are used, not demonstrated in a parking lot.
