Scene canvassing, background and asset checks, recorded statements and surveillance for defense counsel. Billed hourly against a scope agreed in writing first.

$175 flat

Locating a person for service, collection or family law work, using public records, court indexes and field verification. One flat fee per subject.
03Witness Locate & Interview
From $500

Finding the witness, confirming they will talk, and taking a signed statement with contemporaneous notes and a written report of the interview.
04Records Retrieval
From $300

Court, agency and medical records pulled, certified where the rules require it, then indexed against the questions in your case.
05Litigation Support Retainer
From $1,200

A standing file for firms that need investigation running alongside discovery, deposition and trial preparation, with monthly accounting against the retainer.

You get the scope of work, the hourly rate or flat fee, and a list of the records and access we would need from you to begin.

Fieldwork

The investigator assigned to the file begins work and reports at the checkpoints agreed in the scope, so nothing sits unexamined.

Report and exhibits

Findings come back as a written report with source notes and exhibits, organised for filing and discovery rather than for a dashboard.
