What four hours actually looks like.

Wheels in the yard.

Your bartender walks in, finds the bar, sets the ice tub down and learns where the good glasses live. Hour one starts with the first drink.

First round out.

The first drinks go out fast on purpose. By the time your guests find the bar, there is already a rhythm to it.

The easy middle.

Refills, a fresh batch of something cold, a second salt rim for somebody who asked nicely. This is the hour you booked.

Last call. Last glass.

One more round, a last glass for whoever is still standing, and the bar packed down before the goodbyes.
