Prairie Wind Yoga Book a class

Move, breathe, and let the week go quiet.

Prairie Wind Yoga is a studio in Madison, Wisconsin. Vinyasa, yin, hot yoga, prenatal, meditation and the workshops that gather around them — a calm room to practice in, whether you come once or every week.

The full timetable, class by class, lives in the booking calendar.

01 — Practices

Six ways to practice.

Every class is a different way into the same quiet. Start with whichever one you are curious about, and change your mind as often as you like.

01

Vinyasa

Breath-led movement, one pose flowing into the next. A warm room, a steady pace, and space to work at your own level.

02

Yin

Few shapes, held long. A slow, quiet practice that gives the mind somewhere to rest.

03

Hot Yoga

A heated room and a set sequence. The work is staying with the breath, pose after pose.

04

Prenatal

Practice shaped around a changing body, with props and support, and room to modify as you go.

05

Meditation

Seated practice, guided and silent. Nothing to learn first — you can simply sit down and begin.

06

Workshops

Longer sessions built around a single idea: an afternoon given to one practice, or a season of study.

02 — Memberships

Make it a habit, week after week.

A membership is the quiet arrangement that makes practice ordinary in the best way: the same hour, the same room, week after week, until it is simply part of the week. Ask at the desk and we will set it up with you — or start with a single class and decide later.

03 — Schedule

The week, class by class.

Every class, time and teacher lives in the booking calendar. Find the hour that fits your week, book it, and come back to it as often as you like.

04 — Workshops

Longer entries, made in an afternoon.

Workshops are the pages inserted into the ordinary week: an afternoon given to one idea, a season of study, a room of people working quietly at the same thing.

Dates and themes are posted in the calendar as they are set.

05 — Begin

Begin with one class. Keep the hour for yourself.

Book a single class, or make it a habit. Either way the door is open, the room is warm, and there is space on the floor.
