    A soft blanket, a cushion, a warm pack, and a place nearby for a favourite toy. Small comforts, always in the bag.

    No countdowns and no rushing. If you need a minute before we begin, we take the minute — that's part of the visit.

    We finish the paperwork

    Samples labelled and handled, kit taken with us if you've asked for pickup, and a clear word on what happens next.
