Santa Fe, New Mexico · Quantum circuit tooling

Compile quantum circuits like a Chimayó blanket.

Piñon Quantum builds the circuit compiler, the error-mitigation toolkit and the hybrid solver APIs that carry a circuit from first draft to a schedule your hardware can actually run.

Half-woven — the warp is set, the weft has begun

01 — The weave

Every circuit is a weave. We keep the pattern true.

A blanket from the Río Grande valley is not one thing. It is threads under tension, crossed in a fixed order, beaten into place and finished at the edge so the whole cloth stays whole. Quantum compilation is the same discipline at a different scale: intent on one side, a runnable schedule on the other, and noise working the entire time to pull it apart.

We build software for that crossing — the loom, the shuttle and the arithmetic that keeps the pattern true.

Warp
The fixed threads: your circuit's intent, the hardware it must run on, and the constraints that do not move.
Weft
The passes you make through it — routing, gate synthesis, mapping and scheduling, decided together rather than in sequence.
Selvedge
The finished edge: error mitigation and verification, so what comes off the loom is worth reading.

02 — Services

Five bands, one cloth.

Each service is a pass of the weft across the same warp. Used alone, each one helps. Used together, the pattern gets finer the further you go.

01 The warp

Quantum circuit compiler

Your circuit goes in as intent and comes out as a schedule that respects the machine it will run on. Routing, gate synthesis and qubit mapping are decided as one problem instead of three, so the pattern that leaves the loom is the pattern you drew.

02 The weft

Error mitigation toolkit

Noise is not an exception in quantum work; it is the medium you weave in. The toolkit characterises how error behaves on a given run and pulls the signal back out of it, so results stay honest as circuits get deeper and wider.

03 The pattern

Hybrid solver APIs

Classical and quantum routines share one interface. Hand off the subproblem that genuinely wants a quantum solver, keep the rest where it already runs well, and get a single answer back — with the split recorded, not hidden.

04 The selvedge

Research partnerships

The selvedge is the edge that keeps a weave from unravelling, and it is where we work best alongside others: shared problem framing, joint development on the compiler and mitigation stack, and findings your group can take forward.

On-prem deployments

For labs and enterprises that cannot send circuits off-site, we deploy the full stack inside your own walls — the same compiler, the same toolkit, the same interfaces — installed with your team and documented so you can keep weaving without us.

03 — Method

Four passes and the pattern holds.

We work the way a weaver works: set the tension first, then make the passes in order. Every engagement follows the same sequence, whether it ends in a pilot result or a full on-prem install.

  1. 01

    Set the warp

We agree on the circuit, the target hardware and what a useful result has to look like. Those constraints become the warp: fixed, tensioned and visible to everyone before any work begins.

  2. 02

    Throw the shuttle

Compiler work starts. Routing, synthesis and mapping are drafted and re-drafted against the real device rather than an idealised one, and you see the intermediate schedules as they change.

  3. 03

    Beat the weft

Error mitigation runs alongside compilation. We measure how noise behaves on your circuits and adjust the pattern until the signal holds up at the depth you actually need.

  4. 04

    Finish the selvedge

Deployment, on your cloud, ours, or inside your own environment. You get the stack, the interfaces and the documentation your team needs to keep running it after the pilot ends.

04 — Partnerships

Partnerships are how the pattern travels.

We work with research groups and enterprise teams who have a problem worth weaving. These are the engagements we take on most often.

  • Pilot engagements

A defined problem, a defined scope, and a result your team can weigh against its own benchmarks before committing to anything longer.

  • Joint research

Shared problem framing with your group and working sessions with our compiler and mitigation team, so both sides leave with something usable.

  • On-prem evaluation

Run the full stack inside your own environment before any commitment, with our team on hand for the install and the handover.

05 — Contact

Bring us a circuit. We'll bring the loom.

Tell us what you are trying to run and what it has to survive. We will come back with a straight answer about whether we can help, and what a pilot would look like.
