Mobile hydraulic service — Carlsbad, New Mexico
On-site hose repair, custom assemblies, hydraulic pumps and motors, and cylinder rebuilds — brought to the rig, the mine and the plant floor. You book the window; your crew knows when we’ll be on location.
When a line lets go, the crew stops. We take the callout and dispatch a mobile unit.
Hose cut, made and fitted at the machine — rig floor, pit or shop bay.
Planned maintenance windows built around your shift schedule, not ours.
24/7 callout
A blown hose doesn’t wait for a convenient hour. Our mobile units run out of Carlsbad to rigs, mines and plants across the Permian Basin — day shift, night shift, weekends and holidays.
Tell us the site and the machine. We confirm a service window, load the hose, fittings and crimp gear, and come to the equipment instead of asking you to haul it in.
The rig, the pit number, the plant line — whatever your crew calls it. That’s enough for us to route a unit.
You get a service window that fits the shift, so the crew knows when the technician will be on location.
Hose stock, fittings, crimp gear and the tools to pull and refit the line at the machine.
24/7 callout Lines that have already let go are taken around the clock. Send the request below and we’ll confirm your mobile service window.
On-site hose repair
Most hydraulic hose failures don’t need a shop visit. They need a technician, a reel of hose, the right fittings and a crimp — on site, next to the equipment.
We repair hydraulic hose in place on rigs, mine equipment and plant machinery, and we build the replacement assembly to suit the machine it’s going back onto. If the line has to be replaced rather than patched, we make the new one at the truck and fit it before we leave.
Preventive maintenance
The best callout is the one you never have to make. A PM route puts a technician on your equipment on a schedule your crews already work to — same shift, same stops, every time.
We plan the route around your equipment list and your maintenance calendar, then walk it.

Stop 01
We look at the equipment you run and the maintenance calendar you keep, then set a route that lands in windows your crews can work around.
Stop 02
Every line on the route gets checked — cover wear, chafing points, heat exposure, weeping fittings and ends that are close to letting go.
Stop 03
Pumps and motors checked for heat, noise and pressure loss. Cylinders checked for drift, rod damage and seal condition.
Stop 04
Replacement hose assemblies, fittings and crimp gear ride with the technician, so the stop can be finished on the same visit.
Assemblies and rebuilds
When a line is past saving, or a machine needs a hose that doesn’t exist on a shelf, we build it. Assemblies are made to suit the routing, the pressure and the space the hose actually has to live in.
Hose is only part of the circuit. We also handle hydraulic pumps and motors and rebuild cylinders — the work that keeps a rig or a mine unit productive instead of parked.
