    You will hear back with the confirmed schedule and any questions we have about feeding, keys, or routines.

    Meet your sitter

    A short visit before the first booking, so your pet knows who is coming through the door.

    Care at home

    Your sitter arrives for the booked visits and your pet stays in their own home and their own routine.

Most of the work happens before the first visit. Tell us how your pet runs their day and we will follow it.

  • Keys and access

    Gate codes, lockboxes, and building entries. Share them once and we will note them for every booked visit.

  • Feeding and routines

    Leave your pet's usual food, portions, and walk times. We follow your notes rather than a fixed script.

  • Medication

    Send the dosage, the timing, and your veterinarian's instructions. We will confirm them back to you before the first visit.

  • Staying in touch

    Tell us how the visit went, or let us know straight away if something about your pet changes.
