Five steps, one route through the shop. You book the drop-off, we handle prep, coating and cure, then call when the batch is racked and ready.
Book a slot, bring the parts in. We tag the batch and rack it with everything else on the run.
Media blasting takes off old coating, rust and scale so the base metal is ready to take powder.
Powder goes on in the color you chose, matched to the sample you approved before the run.
Parts run through the oven so the finish sets hard, even and ready for real wear.
Collect from the shop, or we run the finished batch back to you around Greenville.
