Whole-home rewire · Providence

Rewire, Providence

from $3,000
Cloth-wrapped wiring exposed inside an opened plaster wall in an old Providence home
BeforeCloth-wrapped wiring behind the plaster
Electrician pulling new cable through ceiling joists in an old home
AfterNew cable run and stapled through the old joists

The house was still running on cloth-wrapped wiring, spliced in the attic and warm at the switches. We pulled new grounded circuits room by room, kept the original plaster wherever it could stay, and left the place tidier than we found it.

Kitchen remodel wiring · Cranston

Kitchen wiring, Cranston

from $1,500
Single worn electrical outlet on a kitchen wall above an old countertop
BeforeOne outlet, on the far wall
Opened kitchen wall during a remodel with new cable runs along fresh studs
AfterNew circuits and boxes set before the drywall

The kitchen had a single outlet on one overloaded circuit. We ran dedicated lines for the range and the fridge, put outlets where the counter actually is, and wired the under-cabinet lights before the drywall went back up — not after.

03

Landscape lighting · Warwick

Landscape lighting, Warwick

from $800
Dark front yard of a coastal Rhode Island home at dusk lit only by a porch bulb
BeforeA single porch bulb for the whole front yard
Low-voltage landscape lighting along a stone path at dusk
AfterPath and bed lighting on one transformer

A coastal yard that went dark by eight o'clock. We ran low-voltage lines to the path and the front beds on a transformer with room to add fixtures later, and set the connections for salt air.
