Exterior repaint

Minnesota's exterior window opens when nights stop dropping near freezing and siding is dry enough to hold paint. Spring is the season to get siding, fascia and trim repainted.

Scrape, sand and patch of failing areas
Primer on bare wood and repairs

Summer · June – August

Deck & fence staining

Long dry days let stain cure properly, and it is the season when a deck is actually in use. Staining now protects the boards through the next freeze-and-thaw cycle.

Cabinet package

Stable indoor humidity is the friend of a sprayed finish. Doors and drawer fronts come off and go to the shop; the boxes get painted in place.
