A mulched lane through second growth — ground left covered, not stripped.

01

House lots, fence lines, overgrown edges and small clearings under an acre. Tight access is normal on this stake — gates, side yards and driveways included.

Up to 1 acre Flat starting rate
$2,500 Starting at, all in Request a date for a small lot
02

Medium Acreage

The middle of the trail: pasture edges coming back, woodlots opened up, and lanes cut through second growth so you can see what you own again.

1 – 5 acres Priced per acre
$1,800/acre Starting at, per acre Request a date for acreage
03

Large Tract

Full tracts and long property lines. Bigger ground runs at the lower per-acre rate, and the work gets staged across the property in passes.

5+ acres Lower per-acre rate
$1,400/acre Starting at, per acre Request a date for a tract
04

Stump Grinding

Stumps left behind by earlier clearing, ground down below grade so the ground can be mowed, walked or built on without a trip hazard.

Per stump Any lot size
$175/stump Starting at, per stump Request a date for stumps

Every rate above is a starting point. Tree size, density, slope, rock and driveway access all move the final number.

A tracked forestry mulcher grinding brush along a freshly cut lane

One machine, one pass — brush ground where it stands.

The After-Path

What the mulcher leaves behind.

Forestry mulching is a one-machine job. The head grinds brush, saplings and small trees down where they stand, so the property never fills up with piles waiting on a burn day.

  1. 01

    Ground stays covered

Chipped material is left on the surface instead of being stripped away, so the soil under the lane isn't left bare.

  2. 02

    No burn piles, no hauling

Nothing gets dragged into a pile and nothing gets trucked off the property. The cut material stays put.

  3. 03

    Lanes you can follow

You end up with open ground for walking, riding, fencing or planting, with edges you can actually see from the driveway.
