We start with a conversation at the table: your skin, your routine, what you’d like to change. Then the facial itself, at whatever pace you’re comfortable with. Talking is optional. So is silence.

The room

Dark walls, warm light, no rush.

Deep green on every wall, one old fern that has outgrown its pot, and a lamp that stays on all day. It’s a single room with a single table, so the hour doesn’t overlap with anyone else’s.

There’s no reception desk to sit at and no music you have to talk over. The kettle goes on, the door closes, and the rest of the afternoon stays outside.
