Sourdough

Loaves come out through the morning, from the first bake until the rack is empty. Take one whole, or take a half and have it sliced.
Pastries

Set out tray by tray while the shop is still quiet, so the case is full when you walk in and the best of it is still warm.
Coffee

Ground and poured at the counter, while you decide about the bread. It is a good deal better with something from the case.
