The Turquoise Trail Santa Fe to Rio Arriba
The route
Five stops, one kitchen. Boards are built the morning of and driven out, so everything arrives cool, bright and ready to eat.
Home base. Boards are built the morning of and delivered across town the same day.
Canyon light and late afternoons — smaller spreads for weddings and long dinners outside.
Sunset tables for gatherings that run well past dark.
Up the hill for office spreads, trailhead picnics and reunion weekends.
North county drives for fiesta spreads and full grazing tables. Longer lead time, worth the road.
The gallery
Weddings, porch dinners, market mornings. If it’s on this page it was built in Santa Fe and set down somewhere along the trail.
Mile markers
Board, spread or full table — every one is built to order and dressed the day it’s served.
Sample prices. The final quote depends on your date, guest count and how far up the trail we’re driving.
Serves 3–4
A tight, generous board for a small table: cured meats, two cheeses, seasonal fruit, something pickled and something sweet.
Serves 8–10
The board that travels best. Built to be set on a kitchen island, a porch rail or a picnic table and worked through slowly.
Serves 15–25
Three boards’ worth of the same idea, arranged as one long spread with room in the middle for plates and hands.
Built on site
Full-length tables dressed edge to edge, so nothing wilts on the drive. Tell us the guest count and the room and we’ll shape it to fit.
Adds to any board or table
Red and green chile worked through the spread with citrus slices and a bright, sharp finish.
