Tool cross-section Cavities 01–03
PARTING LINE SPRUE RUNNER Cavity 01 Cavity 02 Cavity 03

A balanced runner fills every cavity at the same moment, at the same pressure. It is how a mold is judged before a single part is sold.

01 — Capabilities

Every capability branches from one source.

Design decisions made at the tool carry straight through to the parts coming off the press. One shop, one path, no re-interpretation of the print between stages.

Six capabilities · one flow path

01 / Custom injection molding

Production parts, cycle after cycle

Tooling built around your part geometry, your resin and your volume, then run to a process that holds the part to the print.

02 / Mold design

The runner is designed, not guessed

Tool layout, gating, cooling and ejection are settled before the first cut of steel, so flow is a decision on the drawing rather than a surprise at the press.

03 / Prototyping

A real part in your hand, early

Molded samples that prove geometry, fit and function while the production tool is still on the bench.

04 / Overmolding

Two materials, one cycle

A second material molded onto a substrate in the same shot, for grips, seals and soft-touch surfaces that would otherwise be assembled later.

05 / Insert molding

Metal where the part needs strength

Inserts placed and encapsulated in the mold, so threaded bosses, bushings and structural features come out as one finished component.

06 / Assembly

Parts that leave as a component

Work after the press — joining, hardware, inspection and packing to your print.

02 — Tooling and design

Decisions get made in steel.

How material travels through a mold determines how the part looks, how it measures and how long the cycle takes. Gate location, runner balance, wall thickness and cooling are settled at the tool, not corrected at the press.

We work the part and the tool together, so the drawing you approve is the part that ships.

Gate location

Where material enters decides how the part fills and where weld lines land.

Runner balance

Every cavity fills at the same moment, at the same pressure.

Cooling layout

Even cooling holds dimensions and takes time out of the cycle.

Ejection strategy

Parts leave the tool clean, without drag marks or added stress.

03 — Process

One path, design to finished part.

Nothing gets skipped and nothing gets handed to a stranger. Each stage runs into the next, and every stage is still working to the same set of dimensions.

  1. 01

    Design

Part and tool reviewed together — gating, runner layout, cooling and ejection resolved on paper first.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A first shot that proves geometry, fit and function before the production tool is committed.

  3. 03

    Build

The production tool is cut, spotted and sampled, then dialled in until the runner behaves as it was designed to.

  4. 04

    Run

Molding to your resin, colour, finish and tolerance, with the process held steady from run to run.

  5. 05

    Assemble

Inserts, joining and inspection after the press bring the part out as a finished component.
