Why it matters

The creek is right there. So is the class.

Beaufort is a town of docks, boats and neighbours who are usually closer than the nearest ambulance. CPR and first aid are how a community looks after its own.

Classes are plain-spoken and unhurried. You practise with your own hands on real equipment, ask every question you have, and leave knowing exactly what you would do.

Adult, child and infant CPR, so you are ready for whoever needs you.
AED use, explained simply and practised until it feels routine.
First aid for the everyday things: bleeding, burns, choking, fainting.

The courses

Three ways to learn it. All of them hands-on.

Every class is taught in person, in small groups, with time to practise and ask questions. Individual seats are booked one at a time.
