Write in the light
you have.

Fiction workshops, online courses, manuscript coaching, and developmental editing.

Courses & workshops

Two ways to keep the pages moving.

Online courses run on your own schedule, with lessons and prompts for the quiet hours. Fiction workshops put your pages in front of other writers doing the same work. Both are built around the draft you actually have.

Online courses

Self-paced craft courses you work through on your own — scene, voice, and revision, with prompts that keep the writing moving between lessons.

Fiction workshops

Bring pages and read them with other writers. We look closely at what a scene is doing, where it turns, and what it holds back — then you go back to the desk with one or two things to try.

Author talks

Some hours ask you to look up.

Readings and craft talks for the rooms where books get talked about — an hour on the work itself, and a conversation after.

Coaching & developmental editing

The night hours are for structure.

This is where the whole manuscript gets looked at — not the line, the architecture. Two ways to work: one for the draft still underway, one for the draft that is finished and not yet working.

One to one

Manuscript coaching

For a draft in progress. We meet on a rhythm you can keep, pages arrive ahead of time, and each session ends with a clear next move — no circling, no guessing what to fix first.

Developmental editing

For a draft that is finished and not yet working. A full read with notes on structure, point of view, pacing, and the shape of the whole — so the revision has somewhere to go.

Start where the draft is.

Tell me where it stands — a first chapter, a stalled middle, a finished manuscript that isn’t working yet — and I’ll point you to the right place to begin.
