How it works

Three steps, and a date that holds.

The initial planning session is the first appointment on a longer calendar. We look at what you have, what you want to protect, and who should carry it forward — then decide together which plan fits this season of your life.

  1. 01

    Book the session

Call the office or use the link below. Tell us two windows that suit your week and we will confirm one — morning or afternoon, in Madison or by phone.

  2. 02

Meet for the initial planning session

One conversation about your family, your property and the decisions you have been putting off. The session is $150, and it is credited toward service if you decide to move ahead with a plan.

  3. 03

Leave with a plan and a price

You will know which plan fits — a foundational will-based plan starting at $1,250 or a revocable trust plan starting at $2,400 — and exactly what happens next.

Plans & pricing

Priced plainly, before any work begins.

Three ways to put a plan on paper. Every one of them starts with the same $150 initial planning session, and the figures below are starting points — we confirm the shape and the cost together before anything is drafted.

The foundation

Foundational Will-Based Plan

A clear, straightforward plan for your estate: who receives what, and who steps in if you cannot speak for yourself. Built for simpler estates and first-time planning.

Revocable Trust Plan

For property you want held in a structure that can be adjusted as the years and the family change — with less left to a court to sort out later.

Business Succession Add-On

An add-on for owners: who takes the reins when you are ready to step back, and how that handover is written down alongside your personal plan.

Not sure which one you need? That is what the initial planning session is for — $150, credited toward service if you move forward.

Keeping it current

A plan is a living document, not a filing cabinet.

The best time to plan is before you need to — and the second-best time is when life shifts. When something changes, we put it back on the calendar and go through the plan line by line, so the paper still matches the people and the property it describes.
