Wedding cakes start with a conversation.
A working bakehouse behind one lit window: naturally leavened sourdough, maple-glazed pastries, and cakes built for the day itself.
The bakehouse
Past the glass the street stops. Flour on the bench, the oven door open, a rack of sourdough going quiet as it cools. Everything on the shelf came out of this room.
Long-fermented, baked dark, and cooled on the rack before it ever reaches the window.
Glazed while they’re still warm, so the maple sets to a shine you can see from the street.
Weddings & custom cakes
Custom wedding cakes are made to order, and they begin with a conversation rather than a price list. Tell us the date and the room; we’ll talk tiers, flavors, and how it should feel when it’s cut. Birthday cakes come through the same door.
After hours
Before the street wakes, crates go down the alley and bread goes out to the kitchens that open earlier than we do. Wholesale accounts and holiday pies live back here, past the window.
A standing order of naturally leavened loaves, out the loading door on a schedule that suits your morning.
Holiday pies are preorder only. Tell us what the table needs and we’ll take it from there.
