The garden path

Five beds, tended in turn.

The garden path is how we arrange the work: five practices that feed one another. Move through them in any order. Most people start with one and stay for the rest.

  1. 01

    Vinyasa

Breath-led, continuous movement. Warm, strong classes that build heat, stamina and steady attention.

  2. 02

    Yin

Long, quiet holds close to the floor. Slow work for the hips, the back and a busy mind.

  3. 03

    Meditation

Seated practice and breathwork. Short, repeatable sessions that make the habit easy to keep.

  4. 04

    Workshops

Longer sessions built around a single theme, open to every level and sold by the ticket.

  5. 05

    Teacher training

A training path for practitioners who want to teach, built on depth of study and steady practice.

Workshops

One theme, one long session.

Workshops run longer than a class and stay with a single subject. Tickets are sold per workshop, and beginners are welcome at every one.

Teacher training

For the practitioners who want to teach.

Training at Lotus Flow starts with your own practice. You will study posture, breath and the quiet parts of teaching before you ever stand in front of a room.

  1. 01

    Get in touch

Tell the studio about your practice and what draws you toward teaching.

  2. 02

    Come to the studio

Sit in on a class and a workshop, and see how we teach.

  3. 03

    Begin training

Join the next cohort and start the work alongside the other trainees.

Teacher training is a separate course of study from class passes. Write to the studio for current dates and details.

Passes & tickets

Choose how you practice.

Three ways in: pay for a single class, hold a pass for the regular schedule, or buy a ticket to a workshop.

Workshop tickets are sold separately from class passes. Teacher training is a separate course of study — see teacher training.
