How it works

From the counter to the courthouse in three steps.

No portal to learn and no case management software. You send the paperwork; we do the walking.

Step one

Send the sheet

Name, phone, county, document type, deadline. That's enough for us to quote it — and enough for us to book it.

Step two

We confirm the price and the timeline

You get the number before anybody hits the road. Routine serves go out within three business days; priority moves to the front of the line.

Step three

We serve, then file the proof

Who was served, when, and where — the affidavit goes back to the court and a copy goes to you. You don't have to chase us for it.

Straight answers

Questions we hear from just about everybody.

If yours isn't here, call the counter. We'd rather answer it than have you guess.

How fast can you serve it?

Routine service is out within three business days. Priority service moves it to the front of the line, 24 to 48 hours. Same-day rush is available in the Waco metro — call before you send it and we'll tell you yes or no on the spot.

What do you need to quote it?

Name, phone, county, document type and your deadline. No case number and no long story. If you'd rather talk it through, the number in the header rings at the counter.

What if the address is no good?

We'll tell you what we found rather than guess. If the person has moved, a skip trace starts at $80 and gives us a better address to work from.

Last call

Set it on the counter. We'll take it from here.

One short form, or one phone call. Either way you get a price and a straight answer on the timeline before anybody hits the road.
