Ideas pass back and forth until the room feels right.

Four passes, no pressure. You mark things up, we redraw, and the plan gets sharper every time it changes hands.

Share your space

Send a few photos, rough measurements, and how you want the room to feel. No floor plan required.

Swap ideas

We send a concept board. You scribble notes in the margins and send it back. We swap again.

Draft the details

Layout, palette, lighting and sourcing, drawn up together until the plan is one you’d actually live in.

You make it yours

You get the final plan and shopping list. Order at your own pace, or hand the pieces to us to source.

Your home, drafted with care.

Linden & Lark is a small studio, which means the person who draws your first sketch is the person you keep talking to. Nothing is ordered, delivered or installed until you’ve signed off on the plan.

We work on site in Bend, Redmond, Sisters and across Deschutes County — and by e-design wherever the sketchbook can travel.

You bring: Photos, rough measurements, and how you want the room to feel.
We bring: Layout, palette, sourcing, and a shopping list you can actually use.
