Lexfold AI · contract review, live

Fifteen minutes.
Your contract on screen.

No deck, no slideshow. A solutions engineer shares a screen and works a document you already have open — clauses get extracted, tagged and measured against your positions while you watch.

Master services agreement · clause 7

You Solutions engineer

7.1 Fees

Customer shall pay all invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days of receipt of the applicable invoice.

7.2 Limitation of liability

In no event shall either party's aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the fees paid or payable in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.3 Indemnity

Each party shall indemnify the other against third-party claims arising from its breach of Section 5.

01 What you bring 11:42 on the clock

Bring a contract. Bring a question.

There is no preparation document and no pre-call questionnaire. The session runs on your material, in your words, at the pace of a working conversation.

A printed agreement open on a desk beside a pen and a cup of coffee under a single desk lamp
Open paper, end of day — the document that starts the session.
01

A contract you'd rather not read twice

An NDA, an MSA, vendor paper you inherited. Real language, not a sample. If it's still open on your desk, it's the right document.

02

A question you keep answering by hand

“Does this one change our liability cap?” is a fine opener. So is “where did the indemnity go?” Bring whichever one costs your team the most time.

03

A sense of your playbook

The positions your team falls back on — the caps, the notice periods, the clauses you never sign. If it lives in someone's head, that still counts.

04

Fifteen minutes

That's the appointment. We keep to it, and you leave with an answer rather than a follow-up meeting.

02 What gets shown 07:18 on the clock

One clause at a time, on your document.

The review runs live. Each clause lands in the left pane; the rail on the right says what the product did to it, and why.

Clause 7.2 · limitation of liability

In no event shall either party's aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the fees paid or payable in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Risk flagged

The cap is set at 12 months of fees. Your playbook position asks for 24. The deviation is flagged before you reach the signature page.

Marked for negotiation

Clause 4.3 · assignment

Neither party may assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, except to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of substantially all assets.

Extracted & tagged

Tagged as Assignment — consent required, affiliate carve-out present, change-of-control language absent.

Rolled into the obligation list

Clause 9.1 · termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience upon sixty (60) days' prior written notice to the other party.

Playbook check

Deviates from your position: notice sits at 60 days where you sign at 30. The suggested redline is drafted in the rail, ready to accept or edit.

Position 3 · notice period

Also on the call: due diligence summaries

Point the review at a data room and the obligations come back in one structure — change of control, indemnities, exclusivity, term — instead of a folder of documents read in order.

03 What you leave with 04:05 on the clock
  • A straight answer on fit

If Lexfold isn't right for the way your team reviews paper, that's the answer you get, early in the call.

  • Your own clause, reviewed

Not a canned demo document. The contract you brought is the one on screen, with its real language and its real deviations.

  • The integration answer

How review connects to the system your team already files in, and what a call to the API hands back.

  • A next step sized to your team

Whether that's a pilot on live paper, a technical call with your engineers, or nothing at all yet.

04 Where it lives 01:30 on the clock

It plugs into where the contract already sits.

Review is not another destination for your documents. It runs against the system your team already files in, and the output comes back to the people who act on it.

01

Document management systems

Review runs against the system your team already files in, so the contract stays where it lives and the tags travel back with it.

02

API

Send a document, receive structure: clauses, tags, risk flags and playbook positions. Build it into the queue you already run.

03

Playbook enforcement

Your positions live as configuration, not as a prompt somebody retypes. Every review is measured against the same set.

04

Due diligence summaries

Point review at a data room and get the obligations back in one structured summary your deal team can work from.

Fifteen minutes. Then you'll know.

Tell us what you'd put on screen and we'll send a calendar invite with the join link. No discovery call before the call, no deck to sit through.

  • A calendar invite with the join link, back to your inbox.
  • The engineer running it works document review, not a script.
  • Bring a contract you already have open, and one question.

Two lines is enough. We'll come back with a time that works.
