Getting ready
Quiet
A zipper, a mirror, someone's mother in the hallway with a pin in her mouth. Nothing is happening yet and everything is about to. We stay in the room and let it happen around us.
Wedding & event photography — Portland, Oregon
A wedding day starts slow, tightens through the vows, opens up in the last hour of light, and then lets go completely. We photograph all of it.
The day
Nothing is staged for the photograph. We work the room as it is — quiet when the day is quiet, close when it gets loud.

02
The quickening
The room goes quiet, and then everything moves at once. Vows are a small sound in a large room — we stand close, stay still, and let them be the loudest thing in the frame.
03
Between
A pocket of light with no one else watching. The nerves have burned off by now; the two of you are alone in the middle of the day, and it shows.
What we shoot
Ceremony, portraits and the floor after.
Small weddings, just the two of you.
A session before the wedding day.
Sessions for individuals and couples.
Sequencing the day into a book.
04 — The release
The last movement is the loudest. The toasts are done, the light is gone, and the floor is the whole picture. We work close in the middle of it — fast, low, in the crowd.
Nobody is posing anymore. That's the point.
The album
An album is what's left when the day stops moving. We sequence it back the way it felt — the quiet, the vows, the portraits, the floor — and design it as a book you hold rather than a folder you scroll.
Album design is how we finish a wedding. The spreads land, the day settles into a fixed order, and it becomes something you own instead of something that happened.
